People have been singing since time began, but who would ever have thought that singing produces measurable reduction in felt pain, according to a recent combined study from Oxford University and the University of London.

Even more so, group singing, whether it be at work, in the community or with family and friends at home, produces enough endorphins to increase our pain threshold.
